    Hi,
    My partner and i are looking at purchasing something close to Perth city, apartment style complex we are looking at a 1 or 2 bedroom unit around the 150-170,000 mark to start with. Does anyone know the comparison rate of growth of these types of porperties compared to normal housing?.
