Hi all im new so forgive me if my knowledge isnt that great….after reading Steve’s 0 to 130 properties I am determined to seek a strong financial future…I have currently finished VCE this year and am going into a law degree (hopefully) over the next 5 years but my goal is to be a professional property investor after i finish my degree (i hope to use the law degree to fall back on)….what i wanted is some guidance as to how i can start as quickly as possible in buying properties that result in positive cashflow….i am currently 18 years old with a job earning around $5000 a year (not much to start property investing i know)….perhaps you guys know of some ways I could start off with a small deposit (with the help of my parents) on properties that can generate poaitive cashflow? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as i am eager and determined to begin owning properties! Cheers [biggrin]
