    Hello all,
I am a new member to this forum and just a little overwhelmed by the information and discussion – and loving it.
as a baby investor I am just absorbing what i can, 1,000,000 in property in 1 yr has really got me going. I read it over the break.
Since I got back i have been obsessing and formulating and not spending enough time on other things, oops am I the only one?
Now I have all this new info I am keen to invest bigtime but feel hamstrung because I dont want to miss anything crucial in the process.
Is there a site, book, programme something that I can use?
What is mentoring and is it something i can get involved in?
How do I correlate this wealth of knowledge I am getting and not go off half cocked?
I am sure some of you have heard this before – Can anyone point out the path? I will do all the walking.

cheers and thanks for being there

    Hey There….
    Could I suggest a possible start ?????
    Work out what you want.

    Could be
…. freedom from the daily grind
…. Financially free (Passive income = your expenses)
….. Spend more time with your loved ones or freinds.
… to had more spare time so that you have more choices….

once you have worked out that crucial part … you need to focus on how you are going to achieve that and then put a time line on it with a plan on what or how you intend to do it.
For example you may perhaps wish to become financially free (step by step)… but have no cash to invest… so you could perhaps….
    a. Save some
    b. Borrow some
    c. Form a joint venture with a time deficient investor
    d. Get a vendor to fund part of a purchase
    e. Rob a bank (Heh Heh… yeah yeah)
    f. set a tighter budget so you are spending less than you earn

There are many other ideas you may also come up with
Once you find an idea that most suits your situation or skill set… then plan how to do it and how long it may take …
Blah blah and so on and so on…. I think you get the point?

Just my thoughts on getting started anyway!
Clarity and Focus are the keys … otherwise the shotgun approached may burn you out and you would then even possible give up and throw it all on the too hard basket.
    Cheers

    hi benderfile
well first do as Kiwi-Fulla has said
look at this as a school project and forumulate a complete business plan because that is what it is.
then bundle it up and bring it to the next sdg(sydney discussion group) meeting on the 29th of this month at petersham rsl( if you look you will see it posted yesterday not sure of which part of the forum its in camder will know) and let us have alook and the other investors there will give you some pointers.
    look forward to meeting you.

    here to help
If you want to get involved in some of the projects I’m involved in email to [email protected]
