All Topics / Legal & Accounting / Accountant needed in Sydney’s NW
Hi All,
We’re a little concerned that maybe our local ITP style accountant may not be the best choice for looking after a more intensive property investing regime for any taxation &/or asset protection issues we may encounter.
Any suggestions for accountants in the Hills area of Sydney’s North West or between there & North Ryde where we work would be most welcome?
Thanks in advance,
Jack

Hi Terry,
Thanks for your feedback, have you had direct dealing with John, or do you know him by word of mouth?
Is it OK if I mention you as my reference to him?
Thanks again,
Jack
Yes he is a good friend. Ex ATO.

Hi Jack,
As a property investor it is important that your tax affairs be squeakly clean, while at the same time having your deductions legally maximised. For this reason a specialised accountant, often with their own IPs is your best bet.

Thank you for your replies…
Now, if I combine both replies; then with John being ex ATO, utilising his services should keep our affairs squeaky clean while legally maximising our deductions. [exhappy]
Thanks again & best regards,
Jack
