    Has anybody had an experience purchasing USA properties? Particularly from the Genesis REI group? They specialise in the NY/Buffalo area and will find a tenant and manage your property too. On their website they also, however, mention flipping cheap properties as a method of wealth creation. I wonder if these cheap flips are what’s on offer to us.

    Any insight into the pros and cons of property so far away would be greatly appreciated.

    You might like to contact Mic at AussieHousehunters or Westan / Alvin from the forum both who have exclusive arrangements with Genesis.

    Just bear in mind financing in NY is not easy.

    Do a search and you will find a lot of information concerning the USA on the forum.
