    Hi All,

I am going to be investing in a IP at the end of this month.

I am still living at home and I want to buy my own home in Sydney within the next 2 years.

How possible will it be to have a IP and then to purchase a home for myself , how long will I have to wait and how can I use the IP to get what I want.

I definatly will be looking at getting more IP’s in the short term future.

    Cheers,
    Brett

It would all depend on your borrowing capacity and your deposit/equity. You could do it one day after buying your IP, or it could take years. It all depends.
