    Hi all, I will not be around for 3 weeks, as we are about to set off on our road trip to our new house in perth. Very excited.
    Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and happy New Year. Thank you all for the great advice over the last couple of months and I look forward to catching up on the Forum in the new year. ( I wish I had a lap top)
