There is a lot to learn if you want to do this successfully , I have 2 Australian business partners who are living over there at the moment buying property for myself and buying property for other investors.
They are still learning the market one of them has been there for 3 months and the other has been there for 6 months and there is so much to know.We are investing in two states remembering there is 50 states and hundreds of citys so you will have to narrow an area down a little to get a better idea.
