    hi everyone,
    ok PProp is on market with agent exclusive till 22 december.( I know should be shot for giving them exclusive I knew within 2 weeks they were useless.)I have to keep ringing them to do their job for them. Not happy with them,they are our 2nd agent. Before you all start telling me price is a factor I have dropped the price $70,000.00 since it first went on market mid October. We now have our exit strategy in place with no offers coming in. We move to Perth at the end of the month and next option is take it off market and put tenants in or should we leave it on market and see what happens after Xmas. Or put tenants in on a mth to mth lease and leave it on sale books and see if they get it sold. In the mean time i need to take action its killing me by not having controll, im thinking put a For Sale ad and a Rental ad in paper if we get any interest refer them to our agent and I say to agent i will pay you half your commission if you get this sale as i sourced it.If we get tenant interest we will look at options there.
    Can i do this? Any feed back would be great Thanks.
