I currently work in Iraq on a 9 weeks here and 3 weeks home. Not much time for the family and looking first hand. Do many investors buy unseen and from the web or is it too dangerous. I cant imagine everyone drives all over Australia, it would cost a fortune in itself?
Further to my last one “Where are They”. I should have clarified that I have found some but not meeting criteria such as population over 10000. Is this critical??

it comes down to your experience, and the level of risk you dare to take (and still sleep well). By experience I mean what sort of questions and check points you can establish to excercise your due deligence. The more experience someone is the more often & comfortable someone would buy properties unseen, That’s my thought.
