Hi all
Just a link that you can add to your notes on what to watch out for when it comes to building inspections, building inspectors, agents and pest inspections.
Advice from Queensland but I guess it would be relevant in other places around Australia too.

I agree with Smowy!
Quite interesting! I’ll need to put togwther a book soon of little snippets of ideas of what to do and what not to do! I have all these little pieces of paper in files….
