    I was always taught that when considering advice ask the following two questions;

    1. Who are you?
    2. What have you done?

Those that are critical and dismissive of Martin and his approach let me know if you have been more succesful then Martin and if so when you are going to be holding seminars as I would be interested in attending. If not , is it possible that you might learn something new?

Even exceptional business leaders make mistakes eg One Tel. Would your logic be that if Kerry Packer was alive and was holding a one day money back seminar you would not attend because of the Packers involvement with One Tel?

It would be great if martin or even steve could contribute something on the forum once in a while! Others such as peter spann are happy to get on and answer questions. Not saying that they should or are obliged to just that it would be nice.

    Cheers

    hi Martin,

as i said i’m interested in your story and think you’ve got a lot of knowledge to impart..

i too was surprised at your disbelief regarding the money to be made from salvage products on the deal in the video clip, however, Brent tried to answer that one as best he could.

Your name has been mentioned at Richmastery (NZ) Property Millionaire (WA) and several other places when *googled*..nothing bad though only a lot of mentioning you as a great developer/investor

Do me a favour though..spend some time on this side of the forum and impart some wisdom if you can?

As for your workshop, cant make it..though your book sounds interesting..is it mainly a motivational book?

All the best for 2006..its going to be a good one!!

    Martin,
Your simply approach is a good one.

Can you recommend any books on developing such as what you are doing? Particularly anywhere out in larger regional towns, which is what I’m interested in learning about. Or do you think the same ways can be applied out the country regional towns?

And would you like to share us some info about how you we’re able to do your very first development deal? How did you go about getting the finance? How much did you start with?

Can you go into some detail about this!

And the fact that you can’t spell as much as me is great motivation in its self :), for me. Don’t take that as an offence, I meant it in a jovial fashion.

And great that you are getting involved in something new like forum posts. And being very generous to which you don’t see many people do.

    Hi Martin,
Good to see you on the forum.

Thoroughly enjoyed your book ‘You need a rocket’ you posted me, again thanks. When will your next book ‘When You’re In Your Own Way’ be out?

How did everything go with Martin Ayles and the seminars etc??

I think his strategy is a good one for the majority of the time, a search of theForums hasn’t shown a lot more information from Martin though.

Did anyone purchase his DVD set, if so any thoughts?
