    Has anyone had experience with properties that have a college or Uni lease?
    You buy and would own the home but you don’t own the land. you could have say a 50 year lease. This will cost you say $2000/year as well as council rates. The Upside is you could buy a property for maybe less than half it’s value, put in a tenant and have a good return. The downside (I’d imagine) is that the property will not appreciate as well as if you owned it freehold
