Question on demolishing existing home on property? How much does it cost approximately to demolish and clear existing land from trees, shrubs, etc. Make it ready to build on? Also, someone told me there is demolishing taxes?!? I’m in VIC.
What is the average return on investment does one expects from home investments?

If we negotiate a 90 day settlement. When does the title pass to us? Start or on settlement day? Can we subdivide existing property with a morgage?Cheers!
Demolition costs will depend on what can be salvaged from the building.If it was a period home with good doors,baltic flooring,timber stairs,lacework etc,you may even find that they will pay you for doing the demolition.
