Good people,
There’s a house i want to bid on. I won’t be in town for the auction, so i need to arrange a to be a phone bidder.
Can i choose just anyone to be my bidder, and both of us sign the relavant forms prior to the auction, or must it be a RE or some qualified person?
What forms must be signed?
