    hi all

    I am an 18 y/o student studying business. I have found a great alternative to working 9 to 5 for forty years in positive cash flow investment.Although I have the funds for a deposit and closing costs etc I am having trouble finding finance on a $35 000 property that is positively geared.

    Any suggestions?
