I have recently purchased a property on two titles and have plans on building new homes on both blocks but currently have an old Queenslander which sits in the middle of the block and across the boundary.
I have had a bad experience with one of the larger removal companies here in Brisbane who promised me they would take the house of my hands, then at the last minute have pulled out, wouldn’t return phone calls ect ect.. which has left me with needing to get rid of the house ASAP.
So, I have a Queenslander house that i’m giving away to whoever wants it and can arrange the removal ASAP.
The house is at Coopers Plains in Brisbane and very original 2 bedroom with sleepout in need of renovation.I have already obtained a building and pest inspection for anyone interested.
The house is not suitable for a small lot development.. ie 10m frontage.
