Do I need Public Liability Insurance??

I own an undeveloped beachfront block of land in Far North Queensland. There is a little foot traffic and someone who mows the lawn monthly. Do I need to get public liability insurance in case someone falls and makes a claim while walking on this (very flat) block? And if so where do i go to get it; AAMI and AMP do not offer this.
