Hi,
we are just about to sell our first investment property, as we need the money for business expansion. We receive very good rent return ($300 per week) and are looking to sell for clsoe to $300k. Problem is, our experiences with local REAs hasnt been great, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to organise a private sale?
