Naive investor seek advice: tenants have just moved out of IP and I need to upgrade kitchen and bath. Do it now or wait until new tenants move in…? what do I need to consider from a deduction or CG view in making this decision?[blink]

would any tenant want to live through a renovation?
consider booking trades people in advance of vacancy to do the work just as one tenant moves out.
