Hey Guys and Gals Great forum can’t get enough,
Was wondering if any one could help me out with some info in regard to a block I would like to develop. I have a property inspection next week (Small cottage to be demolished eventually) and was wondering if it would be worth while taking along any of the professionals that will be involved in the development, Surveyors, Builders, Drafts person etc or will they only need to see a copy of the title plan to start the ball rolling.
