a reno goes on the market next week
one cash flow and add value should be sold within the next fortnight.then we are going to buy as many as needed to reach our residential pi goals by the end of summer.
we’re freeing up our capital as we have just rethought a new strategy that will get us to our goal in a lot less time. could be perceived to be high risk but we believe the planning is bang on.Buying here to, looking all over the place, and from learning here USA is on the plate, as commercial here too
