    Hi,
both interesting articles, but just goes to show that no one really knows what will happen, as there’s lots of different opinions and predictions. The only time to be sure is in a few years down the track, when people will say, ah, this is what happened then. I think it’s a time to not over extend yourself and make wise choices.
    Cheers, Shellby

I knew it wasn’t just my imagination playing tricks. Queensland property prices are coming down.
Domain website keeps me in touch with areas of Qld and there has been price falls.

The next question is, will falling prices spread to smaller towns around Qld and NSW?

I just knew that three bedroom house in Broken Hill at $12,000 was over priced. They were having a go at me!!

That real estate agent was so nice to me!!!!

Many different opinions have been parked, it’s just amazez me ho many different ways you can look at the same issue..

I guess we just should be open minded to all aspects of any situation.
