    hi crashy
the thread was deleted as grossrealisation violated numerous ASIC laws.

Basicly he was looking for investors to give him $5m so he could set up an illegal fund investing in forex.

    This guy is a joke.

    http://www.posigear.8k.com
    Positive Geared Share Investing

Nice strong words but I would check your information as
    A. I haven’t broken any asic rules and have never asked any one of 5mil to trade in anything maybe you should chat with asic.
    B. I don’t trade on the forex nor do I trade shares, I have connections with many lenders and investors but that because I happen to be relatively successful and with posts like this you may be having a couple of chats with suits and may not be successful at all.but I transgress
    C. As for a joke the only joke is a person that doesn’t know what they are talking about.
maybe you know more about what I’m doing then I do or your wrong and I can tell you its the latter.
I am not sure where you get your information from but I would go back and have a good chat with the person who gave it to you.
    as for
you failed to tell me you thought my idea was the best, and that you planned to steal it and attempt to start an illegal fund with it:

not sure if this was directed to me or someone else that posted but if it was to me.
    a. I failed to tell you nothing as you have never told me anything I have never nor would I be interested in your coarses.
    b. that I planned to steal it and start an illegal fund with it
I don’t set up funds there are specialist people that do that and from looking at your web site there is nothing that is similar to what I do that I would ever be interested in stealing anything.
maybe this is from the same person that gave you the other information.
and usually I don’t give advice but in this case I will check your information and then get a legal eagle to check your information again and then post
I take this post for what it is and thats rubbish but if you wish post or pm where your information came from and I can as my legal eagle to check your information.
reading this post your name is exactly were you are going to !!!! without the y

The same fund finished the year at 77.32% and looks good for a while yet.
That’s $773 200 on the mill without doing anything.

I like jenwren’s reply, and dazzling.
These principles/strategies would work whether you had $100k or $5mil!! So you don’t have to think “if only” but start where you are at.

I’m really surprised at some people’s answers, although of course some of you are being funny.

Why would you buy shares or a managed fund when you can get so much leverage with property? (Think dollars, not percentage return.) And it would be fun! Okay, if you’re too busy, or don’t find property fun, then sure, go with a passive investment, but why are you on this website?

You could always buy some good shares/managed funds with a portion of the proceeds – I liked Steve”s formula of diversifying by re-investing returns one third into shares, one third into debt reduction and one third into lifestyle.

I would put it to you that like tithing, what you do with a large amount you should do with what you have. It’s no good saying “I’ll give to charity when I make my first million, you need to establish the habit right away and start the way you intend to finish. If you look at your money and think – I’ll holiday first and then think what to do with the money, that’s fine, but some of us would be looking at that money and thinking – I’ll set it all up first and then go on a permanent holiday.

Martin Ayles said he could never again go down the path of buying a luxury car (he always pays cash for personal spending). He just looks at $200 000 and thinks ” This is the deposit on $1m of real estate, that could earn me $100k or more per year.” It works on a small scale too.

A thousand dollars is part-way towards the deposit on your next investment. What do you want more? If I buy something it is because I want it more than I want the income I could produce from investing it.

In My leveraging example you get 200% ROI on $100k

You buy an asset for $100,000 using $5,000 of your own money and $95,000 of someone else’s (a Bank) and it increases in value by 10% in the first year, yielding a paper profit of $10,000.
Your Return ($10,000) on Investment ($5,000) is now 200% or 20 times more..

A “Market Linked Life Bond” is tax free after 10 years (unless the laws change in the meantime). This particular life bond also gives you the opportunity to invest with the big boys (min $100k US or more per fund) for about $10k US.

There is many ways to invest and I suggest you use a Broker that knows all the tricks of the trade.

You can also margin lend into managed funds, at a lower LVR usually 50%. So your 1mill turns into 2 mill, your profit goes from $773 200 to $1.5464mill or 154.64% with repayments at about $200k (just guessing).
    Profit of $1 346 400 per annum.

For the record I invest in property and business also.

    hey grossrealisation
What is the capital guarantee on your “short time money 2% a month 24% return per annum” investment. I have a similar set-up that returns marginally better than yours at 28% compounded.

    hi all
    how are we
not been here for a while.
I own caveatlending.com and the site will be up on the net very soon it is off shore and is hosted in a tax haven and all transactions thru this site will be done there.
(What is the capital guarantee on your “short time money 2% a month 24% return per annum” investment. I have a similar set-up that returns marginally better than yours at 28% compounded).
I will answer this very simple and will keep it as simple as possible
we borrow money from around the world at a 2% to 3% per month depending on the country and lend back at 5% per month
max 3 months and min 1 month
loans are from 100k to 20mil commercial/ business lending only no mums and dads ppor houses for us.
a compound rate is no problem you need to keep it with us for the 12 months
we would look at it and can get to 28% no problem.
security is 2nd mortgage and caveat on the property and max 70% lvr.
all my fellow investors go to vanautu and setup with our investment group the structure.
and the it flows from there.
the fees to go are taken out from the company there.
this is not any form of advertising or advice
just to give an understanding of what type of investing is out there.

    Hey Gross

    You’ve got progress and congratulations.

I’m a newy and would love to hear your experience; I’d like to know if you could share the idea of ‘tax haven’ and if tax rulings are required to ensure it stays that way.

Also, if you are pioneering this type of lending overseas. Do you use any research data for this venture?

    Cheers

I’d spend the million on buying pre-decimal banknotes….
Naturally there are only about 4 or so I’d consider buying due to current price and condition.
Sit on the banknotes (not literally) for 1 year, then sell them for a very tidy TAX FREE profit…………..
Now I’ve got my original million back….with approx 60k extra to spend.

    Numismatics is a great hobby…..

    hi all
valeria_kanakieva it is good to get the link but it goes now were as its a log in front page.
tenorBb currency exchange is good and your idea of holding money does work but look out side the square you have made 6% you can do the same but look at currency hedge funds they give between 35 and 48% returns per annum and they hold currency or notes on fluctuations in money movements yen against the Aust dollar or us dollar against the euro etc.so you are alittle short at 6%.
when investing look at return against risk.and high return at that
