can some one please give me some advice about investing in unit/ house in retiement village. On paper it seems the only cashflow positive preperty I can find. But what about its long term capital growth prospect, what about the outgoings and rates, are tenants readily available for such properties? and what about the prospect of resale.
Any advice and insight will be highly apreciated.
