    hello all,
    just a few of questions.does any one know if putting in new carpets adds value,and if so how much.also enclosing the back veranda into a queensland room.does this add value and if so how much.does the house have to be rented out at the time of renovations to claim the cost back on tax?i would be interested in others ideas on how to add value.thankyou
