Hi, i’m an australian born and bread but currently work in europe. I’m trying to start a portfolio but am having trouble getting to right finance as i’m classed as a non resident. Its also impossible for me to view most properties as i’m away most of the time. Does anyone have any suggestion on how i should go about this.

    Regards

    Onewayup

    Hi onewayup

I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life.

If you hold Aussie Citizenship and Residency then arranging finance to 90 or even 95% shouldnt be a problem.

I do many loans for clients from the UK who are Aussies and looking to buy back home.

Feel free to email me and i can give you a few options.

    Cheers Richard
