Does anybody know how to get free reliable cap. Growth figures per state/sub? I looked at ABS but could not find it.
Also, How can you calculate land and house value when you buy them as a whole? Whenever I use a software analysis tool I need to split the 2, but I am lost as how to estimate these numbers,

They track median prices by suburb.
