Wow good web site, very informative forums and truly a great resource tool for all serious property investors.
I would like to give our new web site a plug as I truly believe it will be of assistance to a lot of consumers who decide to sell real estate, and yes even investors sell at some stage to enjoy the fruits of their hard labour [king]

We have come up with a system which we hope will improve real estate agents customer care, by letting clients who have sold vote on their agents performance and delivery of service at the end of the transaction.
It works this way real estate agents are constantly in need of properties to sell.That is why you receive mail/box leaflets etc all the time asking do you want to sell.
In fact it is an industry standard that agents pay what is known as a referral fees for sellers details to other agents for suppling these details.
Using our web site

a consumer can choose the agent they would like to sell with.We contact the agent for them and set up the listing appointment.From this point the sale proceeds as normal till when the sale is complete at this point we refund 80% of the referral fee we received directly back to the consumer this is equal to 12% of the selling fee.
This on its own is a substantial saving but the really good thing about our system is that at the end of the transaction the consumer also rates the agent on our website.
Future consumers will then be able to read what past customers have said and which agents really walk their talk.[baaa]
