    Hi guys,

    Does anyone know of a good site which advertises caravan parks. I would like to buy one in the Southern Highlands to South Coast area.

    The only parks I have found on the south coast were $3m plus which is out of my range I would imagine.
    There have been a few around the $500k – 700k but they were out west or 6 hours north of Sydney.

    I dont know of a site but in the Saturday newspapers they advertise caravan parks, motels etc. for sale. There might be some in there that are suited to what you’re after. Also you might have some luck contacting a broker that deals in these types of businesses that might be able to help you find one.
