    Hi forum,

    Hoping that I’m not asking too much here, and not to bore all, I am seeking responses from the forum regarding recommended ‘professionals’ in the Melbourne area (my home based). In essence I’m looking to build up my ‘support team’ with people who have the knowledge and specialise in +CF properties and hoping to target only those with recommendation in the first instance (already vetted with known experience) to establish contact as a start base.

    I am seeking;
    a. Accountant
    b. Lawyer
    c. Mortgage broker (noting the well known gents who regularly participate in this forum)
    d. Building inspector

    Given I am not limiting myself to Melbourne area, recommendations will also be appreciated from other areas/ states. Promise not to hold people accountable should such recommendation come through; I’m happy to take personal messages as not to offend others.

    Is research another item on your Agenda?

    I also know a couple of people in Melbourne, one of which is APerry who is a regular on the forumand anotheris a personal friend who does coaching in Melb.
