    Hey guys,

    I just unashamedly ripped this off the Somersoft forum but it’s a really interesting piece of information. It also seems to give a few hints as to where the good buying is in the US, if anyone is thinking about investing there.

    Very interesting, and scary I must say.

    There is some cheap houses in the States isn’t there? No wonder Steve is over there looking about.
