Hi,
Frank : You mentioned that you can access statistics, demographics, etc on suburbs by going to “Property Reports” on
http://www.realestate.com.au.These reports arent free. It would be so expensive if I needed to research a few suburbs at a time….
Is there any alternatives… Im looking at Melbourne suburbs.
Thanks for all your help

Isn’t it true that you will only get what you pay for? So, you can spend money for the information you want from a single source, or you can spend time gathering the precise you require from a variety of sites. Either way, it will cost you something.

Hi
This resource is not free but you may like to consider it.
I think there is recently a publication by the Property Council of Australia regarding Historic data and projected data which may be relevant to your decision for searching out suburbs. It’s called Australia on the Move.
all the best
