I am just starting to look at properties for investment and positive cash flow. Unfortunately my wife does not like the idea of sacrifice now to reap rewards later. I have the type of job where I have a lot of spare time and access to the internet and have already found 4 properties which I thought looked ok. anyone interested in teamimg up so that hopefully I can make a start in the investment game?
where are you and what did you have in mind?
