Are there any wrappers out there who have done wrap deals successfully?

Is it possible to wrap a piece of land, and arrange for a builder type home to be built on it for the person who wants to buy it, but cant get finance?

I mean, i have a land, and I can ask him to choose a builder and home that he likes. Will this work?
    Please message me or reply.

    thanks

    Hi fullout

Yes wrapping a block of land is like wrapping any other property.

I have done it on more than 1 occassion as long as the wrappee understand that they will not be able to construct on the block unless you are paid out.

Email me if you need some more details

Yes, how will they get funds for the construction?

I suppose they could pay cash, but if they had the cash for that they would probably be able to get finance for the land.
