Does anyone have any opinion about investing in these.
Is there any growth in them?
The yields seem to be quite good.

    Serviced apartments.

Sold with a higher yield than other residential property, but as mentioned the growth hasn’t been as good.

Lending is not as easy either.

There’s a lot to coinsider, like strata rates & all outgoings ect. I’m not a big fan for multi rise developments, I’m more for a house & land package, villa, townhouse, something with some land component. More value for the same amount spent.

Also need to consider that when company eventually decides not to renew lease, then value goes back to ordinary unit. Has happened to a number of investors here in another complex (not Quest but had a better lease for investors).
