    Hi, I want to build on some land thats been in the family for decades. Its 5 minutes out of town, but its got no sewer or water infrastructure near it. Aparently I’m not allowed to put a septic tank in. What should I do? Any input appreciated.

    I think you need to ask your local council about these issues.
