Hi everyone since we are talking property here, some of the best property going in the world right now is in my birthplace Kabul as well as other places in Afghanistan, One of my aunties had a house in Kandahar which she sold for $190 000 US and it was half blown away. My family own a few properties scattered around Afghanistan and recently we have taken some of them back (Sharia law has its advantages [baaa]) and the rest is still being fought in the courts and we are hoping to get them soon to. But yah if some of you’s are high risk takers Kabul is the place to be, I intend to go there next year around febuary to snoop around, visit relo’s and maybe even purchase a property for myself. just rumbling [bonjour]

No seriously though, I hope that you and your family clean up over there but I’d say the barriers to entry for most people in Australia would simply be too high.
