What’s the world coming to!!
Some guy is trying to sell a unit in Ashfield for $405,000 in its original form and currently getting $285 per week in rent.
He said the tenant’s been in there for 12 years straight, and you “might” be able to get him to agree on $320 per week.
Sheesh…
