    Our family (5 of us) are part of a development syndicate we are now recieving the returns. we want to use the funds to re-invest in propery either around Perth or other places.We are not sure which type of property to purchase, whether it be units, student accommodation or residential.We are looking for capital growth.It would be great to get some ideas.
