Does anyone have or know where I can get some median home price data, preferably in Excel format? I’m particularly interested in Melbourne and country vic ,I would also like data about median rental yield and interest rates. If anyone is sitting on this, or know where this data can be found please let me know.

You may be able to find the data required in a REIV property update booklet. I have one for june 2004.
