    I thought that land tax was only valid if property value exceeded $400,000 in QLD, however the ID software still calculates that land tax is payable on small property with a value of $100,000.

    Can anyone please assist?

    Hi There

    I believe the current limit is under 450,000 in QLD, the new version of ID that will be out shortly takes this into account.
