    Hello,
    my wife and I live in the USA but have family in South Australia. We feel that we must buy land around Sellicks Beach before all land is gone and becomes too expensive. We want a summer home to go to but won’t be able to build in some time. Do not want to spend more that $100K on land. Do you believe this is a good time to buy and why?
