Hi All,
Has anyone ventured into Ballarat for an IP?
Does anyone have any good data on the kind of profile Ballarat has against other regional cities in North Victoria/Southern NSW??
Look like some pretty reasonable properties around the $200,000 mark (over/under).
Any input well appreciated!!
Why don’t you read Steve’s 1st book, which has heaps of info on Ballarat, or at least how they researched the area. By the prices you’re quoting, you’ll see how much things there have changed in the last few years!
