    i have purchased a property over twelve months ago for 139000, which i am renting out as a -ge gearrd property. My actual qeustion is roughly how much would this property gaind in value over the past 12 months, the only thing that i hve done to this property is painted the inside? Would renduring the outside add much value? or would this just be an additional expance that i don’t need? Can anyone reccomend me someone to evaluate my property. I live in a regional Vic town

    Go to your local VGO for the helicopter view.

    Can anyone reccomend me someone to evaluate my property.

    Pick up the phone and call a valuer for the specific view.

    you can track general property values at http://www.quartile.com.au
    but i dunno how accurate it is.
