Have sourced two student accommodation properties, one next door to a uni and the other near a uni. Sound good so far. Needing info. on this kind of investment – Anyone know any pitfalls, disadvantages or govt. regulations that needs to be known, before purchasing.

be aware that Uni properties may be vacant for long periods over holidays, facture that into the figures.
