    Maybe someone can help me out with the following data? I would like the last 5 years rental yield data for 2br older units in:

    Auchenflower 4066 and
    Mermaid Waters 4218

    Trying to do some rental reality calculations whilst overseas and seperated from my API mags :)

    Hi,

    For my Qld props I use Astorb in Brisbane to gain this sort of info. Have a look at their site: http://www.astorb.com.au.

    There is an excellent magazine called something like Queensland Property and Lifestyle magazine that has values and yields for both 3br houses and 2br units. The mag comes out every quarter. I’m sure you could subscribe to it.
