Rick maybe you should share what your intetnions are and your objectives for your trip then those with experieince over there can objectively advise or suggest issues that may be relavant, other wise the likes of myself and others who own and manage properties over there remotely cannot really help you.
maybe you should outline your current plans, you are asking others for openess it would help if you wrote down what your objectives are, we all started from nowhere dont forgetwhen the going gets weird the weird turn pro
