    Hi Can anyone tell me where i can find info regarding a house that sold only six weeks ago? RP Data wont have it yet and i really need to find out.

    also, calling the agent involved and asking. Maybe say something like you own the house in the next street and are thinking of selling, you want a comparative sale.
