    Hi everybody,

How can I get hold of the stats on the capital growth of properties in various suburbs in Sydney for the last ten years?

    Hi,

Not sure where you can get this info for free but if you are willing to pay there are a few compaies out there that offer it.

API mag also has stats at te back and sometimes include the 10yr average figures.

    Good Luck.

What suburb are you after in particular, we may have it as part of our research handy. Meanwhile you van also check the research section on domain.com, it may cover it there.
